MEET DR. NENG ZHONG

Dr. Neng Zhong is a Surgeon with 7 years of experience in New Jersey and Florida. He is also certified as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a degree held by only 11% of physicians in the United States that combines special training in the musculoskeletal system with the latest technological advances.

Dr. Zhong practices a wide range of surgical procedures including, but not limited to, breast surgery, botox injections, cholecystectomy, thyroidectomy, cysts, skin and soft tissue disease, wounds, and laceration repair. His training in Osteopathic Medicine also allows him to offer his patients rehabilitation programs focused on their individual needs.

After graduating as a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Studies (2012) and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (2016), Dr. Zhong served as an intern and second-year postgraduate resident at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. In 2018, he became a General Surgery Resident at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Florida, a position he held for 4 years.

Since 2022 he has been based in Florida, where he has served as a Cosmetic Surgery Fellow in practices around the state.

Dr. Zhong's academic research interests span a wide range of topics. He has published articles and delivered presentations on cardiovascular, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery. He is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association.
